- Undertook duty-free goods management operations from ANA Trading Duty Free Co., Ltd.
1994

- Undertook import/export customs clearance operations related to overseas bases from All Nippon Airways Co., Ltd.
1999

- Started packaging operations for exports at the Narita Shibayama Warehouse of ANA Aero Supply Systems Co., Ltd.
2001

- Undertook in-bond operations and logistics operations at the Narita Shibayama Warehouse of ANA Aero Supply Systems Co., Ltd.

- Obtained ISO9001 certification
